Our team of Chefs is led by Tony Farmer whose wealth of experience led the White Hart at Ford in Wiltshire to win the Good Pub Guide's prestigous Dining Pub of the Year Award. The White Hart was previously owned by the Phillips family.
If Tony had to label his style of cooking Tony would say that it is "modern British" but with a distinct cornish accent.
The menu is strong on fish and game using the highest quality local ingredients and changes frequently to reflect the seasons and food trends.
Tony brings exciting fresh ideas which we hope will delight new and exisiting customers.
